your holiday and explorer Bali island in a competitive prices quoted
in Rupiah (IDR) or in USD. Our friendly staff will services you
include pick up and drop off the car at the airport and or delivery
to your hotels, private houses or anywhere in Bali within Kuta area,
Seminyak, Kerobokan, Canggu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran and Ubud areas.

tariffs are not inclusive of car insurance to calculate the
additional costs of the car insurance.

| Terms
and Conditions Bali car Rental
|
1. |
An
International Driving License is required for foreigners to
drive in Bali, and a National Driving License for Indonesian
citizen. |
2. |
The rental rates are unlimited mileage, includes taxes and service
charges but does not inclusive of car insurance. Please scroll
down the insurance costs on Insurance Table rates. Full insurance
coverage is Us $30 per-accident. If not insured, any damage
or theft of the car or any parts of it, will be customer's own
liability risk up to USD 6,500 (Suzuki Katana), USD 7,500 (Daihatsu
Feroza), USD 8,500 ( Kijang Kapsul ) and USD 12,500 (Taruna
and Toyota Avansa ). |

An
advance deposit payment is not needed to confirm the bookings.
Please prebook the reservation in advance by filling out the
BOOKING FORM immediately or lates within 48 hours
of the date request to guarantee the car is available on the
date of enquiry. The car will be delivered on the dates request
on time. |
4. |
Rental rates are 24 hours for self-drive rent and 10 hours of
the rent with driver. The rental extension should be informed
not less than 24 hours before the expiry date, otherwise the
car may be pre-booked by another party. If the renter does not
return the car and did not inform to the rental company within
48 hours since the expiry date, then The Car Rental Company
will report it to the police mentioning the car is lost or stolen,
all risks taken by police department through the government
law will be the renter responsibility. |

Extra
hours is charged USD 3.00 per-hours for self-drive rent, and
USD 8.00 for rental with driver. The car petrol should be burned
by the renter usually USD 5.00 per-day. |
6. |
The
renter (Party 2), is NOT permitted to drive a car on the beach
and outside the island and extremely not be allowed to drive
the car when being sick or drunk. The renter will be fully responsible
to any consequence caused when giving the car to be driven by
a person other than the renter stated in the car rental contract
agreement. |
7. |
Payment
and Cancellation:
All payments are to be paid in full upon signing of the car
rental contract agreement and should be settled in Rupiah (IDR)
cash OR can be converted to foreign currencies prevailing to
the exchange rate on the day of the car delivery, . When the
car is returned by the renter of any personal cause prior end
of contract period, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for
the remaining days of the former contract agreement. One-day
rental charge will be charged for canceling the reservation
on the day of car delivery. Any refunds are not applied for
the insurance costs has been paid. |
